Board adjourns, says it may inspect property and will mail written decision
After hearing evidence in the Oct. 12 assessment appeal, the Kosciusko County board adjourned, said it may inspect the property and will mail a Form 115 decision; the owner may file Form 131 with the state if he disagrees.

The board adjourned at the close of testimony and told the parties no additional evidence would be accepted unless it had been requested during the hearing. Secretary Gail Chapman told the owner the board may inspect the subject property and will mail a Form 115 notifying him of the board's decision.
