The Board considered two proposals for strategic planning services on Sept. 15. A motion to enter into an agreement with Guidehouse, Inc. for $49,350 failed on a 2-5 vote. A subsequent motion to contract with DZ Strategy Management for $34,475 passed 5-2 (motion 240-09152026).
