Borough Manager Kyle Coleman described the comprehensive plan update as an 18‑month process that will include extensive public input and weekly communication with committee members. Coleman proposed a committee comprising staff (including Lexi Gambs and Joe Nowak), Vice President Kathleen Caccamo, a Planning Commission member and three community representatives: Lou Florence (environmental perspective), Tom Swett (library and collaborative experience), and a merchant‑community nominee.
