Commission approves county self-funded health plan administered by Blue Cross

Robertson County approved a self-funded Employee Welfare Benefit Plan for general fund employees, to be administered by Blue Cross under an Administrative Services Agreement and effective July 1, 2014; the plan excludes Board of Education employees and passed 23-0 with one absent.
