Robertson County commissioners voted Dec. 19 to join the City of Springfield in a six‑month curbside recycling pilot operated by Green Village Recycling. The pilot targets about 300 households in a recommended area of Springfield’s Historic District and was recommended by the county Solid Waste Committee.
