Robertson County Commission approves multiple rezoning requests, rejects some opposition
The commission approved rezoning for six properties—including Gary Keay, Jimmy Johnson, GBP Properties, William J. Bradley, John Ewing Drake and Mac E. Baggett Sr.—after a public hearing on the Baggett parcel produced concerns about septic, drainage and wells; most measures passed overwhelmingly, Baggett’s PUD passed 16–5 with one abstention.

The Robertson County Board of Commissioners approved a series of rezoning measures at its July 17, 2017 meeting in Springfield, clearing six land parcels for residential development and one for a Neighborhood Center Residential Planning Unit Development (NCRPUD).
