The Richardson County Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted the county's One & Six Year Highway Improvement Program (Resolution 2025-2026-25) after a public hearing with no speakers; the plan was presented by Highway Superintendent Steve Darveau Jr. and Road Department Foreman Julie Vollmer.
