Todd County adopts LELS contract, pursues Sourcewell grants and selects MetLife for PFML
The board adopted the LELS Records Coordinators/Administrative Specialists collective bargaining agreement for 2025–2027; approved Sourcewell Community Impact ($50,000) and Community Match ($40,000) grant applications; approved PFML MOAs; and selected MetLife as PFML vendor with a two-year rate guarantee.

At its Sept. 16 meeting the Todd County Board authorized adoption of the LELS Records Coordinators/Administrative Specialists collective bargaining agreement covering 2025–2027 (motion by Noska, second by Denny) and approved memoranda of agreement implementing Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) for the corresponding bargaining units.
