Brule Board adopts revised municipal code, orders book publication
The Village of Brule Board of Trustees adopted Ordinance No. 26-07-01 to replace the municipal code, suspended the three-reading requirement, and passed a resolution directing Municipal Code Services to publish the code in book form; the vote was unanimous.

Attorney Jim McNally of Municipal Code Services presented the Village of Brule Revised Municipal Code and Trustee Franken introduced Ordinance No. 26-07-01 for adoption. Franken moved to suspend the statutory rule requiring three readings so the board could consider the ordinance immediately; Marquez seconded and the motion carried by the required three-fourths vote.
