Cloud County approves road agreement with Grain Belt Express LLC
On Aug. 12, the Cloud County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a road agreement with Grain Belt Express LLC after a motion by Commissioner Michael Cleveland and second by Commissioner Ron Copple; Highway Administrator Rod Michaud also reported local road work on 190th between Plum and Oat.
