Cloud County approves $9,750 appraisal services agreement
The Cloud County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a $9,750 agreement with Mass Appraisal Specialist to assist county appraisal work after the County Appraiser reported compliance with state requirements and changes from recent legislation.

Kim Winsett, Cloud County appraiser, told the Board that Cloud County is in compliance with state appraisal requirements and described legislative changes affecting assessment processes. Winsett said staff are working on data collection north of Clyde and presented a contract for outside services.
