Rebecca Gershow, principal planner with the City of Eugene Planning Division, said the public record on Adoption Package 2 is open and staff will begin the Planning Commission process after public notice is mailed. She listed a Planning Commission work session in October, a joint Planning Commission/Lane County Planning Commission public hearing on Nov. 10 at 6 p.m., and a Planning Commission recommendation scheduled for December.
