Cheviot’s City Council on Jan. 21 adopted Resolution 25-05 to levy 0.75 mills in excess of the 10-mill limitation to support road-improvement needs, citing R.C. 5705.03, 5705.10 and 5705.191. Council member David Voss introduced the measure and Council member Stefanie Hawk seconded; Mr. Voss moved to adopt and Mr. Troy Borgmann seconded that motion.
