Cheviot City Council on Jan. 21 adopted Resolution 25-03, a measure authorizing a 3.00-mil tax levy in excess of the 10-mill limitation to fund road improvements in the city. The resolution cites R.C. 5705.03, 5705.10(G) and 5705.191. The motion to adopt was made by Council member Amy Richter and seconded by Council member John Hardig.
