After a presentation by Building and Grounds staff and a phone presentation by Legacy Services Corporation, the county approved a $40,180 ventilation cleaning for the Courthouse Annex, with the larger courthouse work deferred to a future year.

Building and Grounds Supervisor Wayne Drew introduced representatives from Legacy Services Corporation, who described a scope and costs for ventilation and exhaust cleaning at the Courthouse and the Annex. Legacy’s total project quote for both buildings was $82,280.00, with the Annex portion priced at $40,180.00 and the Courthouse portion priced for a later year.
