City Counselor James Klahr read RESOLUTION 2088 by title: "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROLLA, MISSOURI, AND JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC." Councilmember Aaron Pace moved to approve the resolution on first reading; Councilmember Micheal Dickens seconded the motion. The resolution passed unanimously by voice vote.
