The Robertson County Commission voted March 22 to renew the contract for the county attorney and authorized County Mayor William A. Vogle to execute the agreement. The renewal names Hon. Clyde W. Richert III as County Attorney for a two-year term retroactive to March 1, 2021 through Feb. 28, 2023, at an hourly compensation rate of $235 for legal services plus out-of-pocket expenses.
