Commission adopts revisions to sign code to address First Amendment concerns
Bedford County commissioners approved Resolution No. 23-22 on June 13, 2023, revising Article III Section 3.360 (Signs, Billboards and Other Advertising Structures) to remove differential treatment of political and temporary signage and to address other identified constitutional conflicts; the resolution takes effect immediately.
