A commissioner reported Oct. 12 that two subcommittees have completed their initial work compiling draft ordinance language related to data centers and consumer provisions. The materials are being assembled and will be circulated to commissioners for review; the next step is selecting a consultant to prepare the drafts in ordinance form for review and eventual referral to the City Council.
