The Dawson County Board of Commissioners voted to approve Resolution #2022-04, granting a conditional-use permit to Marvin Cochrane to develop an RV park on a 5‑acre tract known as Lot 2 of Wade Subdivision, part of the NW 1/4 of Section 31‑9‑22.
