The Kearney County Board of Commissioners met with Katie Mulligan of the Two Rivers Health Department on March 18, 2025 to discuss a proposed Memorandum of Understanding concerning public swimming pool inspections. After discussion the board declined to sign the MOU, according to the minutes.
