Council hears update on ISC conversion, transformer work and a 93¢ tracking-factor increase

The Chair described a planned ISC conversion and said additional transformer work must be paid for before installation can proceed, asking the council to meet with ISC representatives (Mike and Adam) to discuss next steps. The Chair also asked to know how many Comcast poles will be placed and noted the town may need to pay for pole holes or attachments.
