The Archer Commission selected Willdan as the best-qualified firm to provide professional planning and zoning services and authorized staff and the city attorney to negotiate a contract for subsequent commission approval. Commissioners also voted to pursue a piggyback agreement with Willdan for building permitting, plan review, inspections and complaint-driven code enforcement services.
