Lapeer County commissioners on May 23 authorized several capital and project actions, including ARPA-funded work on county facilities. Motion 171-2024 authorized Buildings & Grounds/Parks to hire Triumpf Engineering and Design, Inc. to prepare and issue an RFP for proposed HVAC replacements/upgrades at a cost not to exceed $50,000, with project bids to be returned to the ARPA committee.
