Commissioners ratify three-year TCMSD contract with AFSCME including retroactive raises
The board approved a three-year labor agreement between the Tuscarawas County Metropolitan Sewer District and AFSCME that is retroactive to Jan. 1, 2024 and provides a 4% increase for 2024, 3% for the following two years and a $0.65 across-the-board raise in year two.

The Tuscarawas County Board of Commissioners on May 13 authorized execution of a three-year labor contract between the Tuscarawas County Metropolitan Sewer District (TCMSD) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Ohio Council 8, Local 2308 Sub-Local 1.
