The Steele County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 27, 2024 voted to award the Community Corrections Facility construction contract to APX Construction Group, LLC for $2,942,500, using the base bid plus Alternate #2 for exterior brick veneer. The motion was made by Commissioner Krueger and seconded by Commissioner Gnemi and passed with all ayes.
