The Jackson County Board of Commissioners voted July 22, 2025, to approve Order No. 158-25, authorizing the Chair to sign a supplemental Driver and Motor Vehicle Services application for B&R Holdco, LLC. Commissioner Randy Sparacino moved to approve the order; Commissioner Rick Dyer seconded. The motion passed with two ayes; Colleen Roberts was recorded as absent.
