The Warren County Commissioners began with routine approvals: Commissioner Adam Hanthorne moved to approve the meeting agenda, Commissioner Craig Greenwood seconded and the motion carried. The board also approved the July 18 meeting minutes, the July 18–Aug. 1 accounts payable claim dockets and the July 22 payroll; each motion passed unanimously.
