Building & Grounds outlines spring–fall project schedule including generator, chiller and Torzewski Waterpark work
Building & Grounds/Parks Director John Bustle reported project timelines: generator delivery expected April–May, Complex chiller delivery July–August with installation in October, Historic Courthouse work starting in April, and Torzewski Waterpark slide footings to be poured soon. Several projects are in contract or permitting stages.

Building & Grounds/Parks Director John Bustle briefed the Properties Committee on active and upcoming projects. He said the generator pad has been poured and delivery is expected in the April–May timeframe. The jail HVAC project is complete; HVAC work for the DHS and Health Department buildings is scheduled to start in March or April, with CMH controls beginning soon.
