Properties Committee agrees to replace aging VAV boxes in county health buildings
The Lapeer County Properties Committee on Jan. 23, 2025, agreed by consensus to proceed with replacing 56 aging variable air volume (VAV) boxes in the DHS building and the Health Department after a recommendation from Trane; paperwork will be signed by Chairman Bryan Zender or County Administrator Moses Sanzo and funding use may draw on ARPA contingency authority.
