Hardin County Commissioners on Nov. 8 authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit proposals for grant application and management services and to solicit qualification statements for engineering services related to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) 2023/2024 Community Development Fund competitive application cycle.
