Marion County approves IGA to direct RESTORE Court work-crew earnings to restitution payments
The board unanimously approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Oregon Judicial Department allowing RESTORE Court work-crew participant earnings to be transferred so OJD can pay restitution to victims; the agreement covers up to $145,000 retroactive to Sept. 1, 2024.
