The Pine County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 20 approved Resolution 2024-49 and authorized staff to apply for a Safe and Secure Courthouse Grant to move toward a single-point entry with screening and full-time courthouse security staffing. Court Administrator Amy Willert reported the District Court Courthouse Security Committee recommended the change.
