County Attorney Jud Barce described a memorandum of understanding concerning county-owned communications equipment located on property owned by Convergence Technologies near the St. Vincent tower. EMA Director Phil Astell recommended sending a formal letter from the auditor's office to Convergence and installing a common lock on the building to control access.
