The Buffalo County Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously on Nov. 18 to recommend that approximately 3.05 acres (tax parcel 660286130) be rezoned from AG (Agriculture) to I (Industrial) to allow Simplot AB Retail Sub, Inc. to operate a retail fertilizer facility at the Keystone Road site.
