Commission recommends clarifying minimum farmstead sizes in zoning code
Commissioners voted unanimously to recommend amendments to Sections 5.16 and 5.27 to clarify that existing farmsteads of three acres or more may be subdivided so that one resulting parcel is not less than three acres.
