Planning & Zoning Commission approves code changes to allow front-yard accessory structures, exemptions under 200 sq ft
The commission amended Section 8.1 to allow accessory buildings to occupy up to 30% of combined front, side and rear yard areas, and recommended an exemption from zoning permits for accessory structures under 200 square feet; it recommended unfavorably on a separate proposal to add accessory uses by Special Use Permit (Section 5.14).
