Supervisors Approve Pipe-Installation Permit for Whittemore Landowner

The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors on July 30 approved a permit allowing Brian Casey, of Whittemore, Iowa, to install 104 feet of 12-inch Class IV reinforced concrete pipe through 100th Avenue approximately 250 feet south of the northwest corner of Section 15 in Cresco Township, and to bore 133 feet of 16-inch steel casing under Orton Road approximately 500 feet east of that same point. Joshua Waechter moved for approval, Roger Tjarks seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
