President Newnam read and moved approval of a second Loan Resolution RUS Bulletin 1780-27 for $1,376,000 to support the pumping station upgrade. Attorney Lyndsey Ryan said "this Resolution is the same as the other one except for the amount." Commissioner Walter Chase seconded the motion and the council approved it unanimously.
