Chairman Jerry Birkey introduced Ordinance 2023-03, the Code of Ordinances, for its first reading at the Nov. 28 Lyon County Board meeting. Following the first reading, the board voted to set a public hearing for public comment on Dec. 12, 2023 at 8:45 a.m.; the motion was made by Supervisor Vanden Bosch and seconded by Supervisor Altena and carried.
