CAASA asks Lyon County for a larger annual grant to expand services

Stephanie Henrichs, chief executive officer of CAASA, told the Lyon County Board of Supervisors on Nov. 28 that the nonprofit’s local work requires more funding than the county currently provides. “The $2,500 the county gives is graciously appreciated, but is not enough to make the improvements that are needed,” Henrichs said, and she asked the board to consider a $3,000 FY2025 allocation.
