Dick Sievers and Cindy Harpenau of MidSioux appeared before the board to present an annual report and a funding request for FY2025. Sievers reported MidSioux received a multi-year Riverboat Grant to update its Rock Rapids office and asked the board to consider a $10,500 county contribution for the next fiscal year.
