County Engineer Jared Johnson reported that last week the crew "finished forming and tying reinforcing steel for the downstream interior barrel section, poured the Downstream interior barrel section, stripped wall forms from the downstream interior barrel section," and that this week crews planned to finish tying reinforcing steel and forming the downstream end barrel section and headwall and to pour those sections.
