The Ringgold County Board of Supervisors moved to appoint Rick Witey and Mark Rychnovsky to the Pioneer Cemetery Commission on Sept. 21, 2026. The motion to adopt Resolution RC26-135 was made by Supervisor Steve Knapp and seconded by Supervisor Randy Taytor; the vote was unanimous.
