The Warren County Commissioners voted Dec. 4 to appoint Adam Hanthorne as the county’s Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director effective Jan. 1, 2024. The appointment follows the retirement announcement by current EMA Director Phil Astell, effective Dec. 31, 2023.
