The County Commission accepted the resignation of Robert N. Skinner III from the Upshur County Development Association board, named Brandon Tenney as a replacement on the corporation board and affirmed his appointments to the Corridor H Authority and Farmland Protection Board; Commissioner Kristie Tenney abstained on related votes.

The Upshur County Commission on July 11 approved a package of governance changes to the joint development entity known as the Upshur County Development Association, Inc., including acceptance of the resignation of Robert N. Skinner III from the corporation board and naming Brandon Tenney as a member.
