At 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 3, representatives from broadband firms presented Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) project plans to the Upshur County Commission. Presenters included Rob Hinton, president and CEO of Micrologic; Melissa O’Brien, external affairs manager for CityNet; and Jennifer Cloonan, fiber partnerships director for Frontier.
