Commission approves Owens Chapel rezone, denies Swift Road request
The county commission approved a request to rezone 3.44 acres at 12810 Owens Chapel Road from AG-2 to R-40 after a Planning Commission recommendation; a separate request to rezone 7.46 acres on Swift Road failed to get the required votes.

Robertson County commissioners on Aug. 18 approved Resolution No. 081825055 to rezone a 3.44-acre parcel at 12810 Owens Chapel Road (Tax Map 083, Parcel 004.00) from AG-2 to R-40. Planning and Zoning staff presented the application and the county Planning Commission had recommended approval (7–0).
