The Tama County Board of Supervisors entered closed session at 9:31 a.m. under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(c) to discuss pending litigation in Tammy Wise v. Board of Supervisors, LACV008973. Present for the closed session were all five supervisors and the county auditor; attorneys Amy Reasner and Holly Corkery of Lynch Dallas, P.C. joined by phone.
