County approves road use agreement for Cardinal Gas pipeline construction
Tuscarawas County commissioners approved a road maintenance agreement allowing Cardinal Gas Services, LLC to use specified county roads for ingress and egress to construct the West Chester Pipeline, including 1.23 miles of Laurel Creek Road, 2.83 miles of Sandy Ridge Road and 2.37 miles of Fallen Timber Road, at the request of County Engineer Douglas Bachman.
